OmniChat provides access to various AI language modelsthrough a unified interface. By using our service, you agree to these terms.You must be at least 18 years old to use OmniChat.

-       OmniChat is provided "as is" withoutwarranties.

-       AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate;use your judgement.

-       We are not liable for any damages arising fromyour use of OmniChat.

-       Our total liability is limited to the amountyou've paid us in the last 12 months.

-       No refunds for prepaid services upontermination.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.We both agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally. If thatfails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

We retain your account information for as long as youraccount is active. You can delete your data (including messages and files)directly through the OmniChat interface at any time, or request us to performthis deletion on your behalf. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.Please note that some anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for serviceimprovement purposes, but this cannot be linked back to individual users.
